type='text'>Why Page files?</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Processor uses RAM as primary memory,some times processor needs an extra memory while doing too many tasks,so it takes some space in disk volumes as an extra memory,that addtional memory  is called as "Page File".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Allocating page files in Logical volume which has system files is not recommended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Page file size should be 1.5 * RAM size is recommended for good
